- We collect only your name, phone, email and city when you join the waitlist.
- We use them only to tell you about Cupré's launch and launch offers.
- We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
- You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
1. Who we are
Cupré is a brand of MIXEXIM, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 24CBAPG4975R1ZA), at 34-D, Sumel Business Park 4, Amdupura, Nr. Kalupur Bridge, Ahmedabad 380018, Gujarat. In this policy, "Cupré", "we", "us" and "our" mean MIXEXIM.
We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.
2. What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your name, mobile number, email and city.
- With each signup: your IP address and browser type, to stop spam and abuse. Our web server also keeps standard access logs.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to send us by email or Instagram.
The waitlist is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
3. How we use it
- To tell you when Cupré launches, and to send launch pricing and the early-access offers promised on the waitlist.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To keep the site safe from spam and misuse.
We use your data because you gave it to us for these purposes (consent). We won't use it for anything unrelated without asking you first.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- The services we use to reach you, such as email and WhatsApp, only when we send you a launch message.
- Our hosting provider, whose servers run our website and database.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until our launch offers end, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Server access logs are kept for up to 90 days.
7. How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Only authorised people who run Cupré can see signups, and they need a password to sign in. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can also name someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to. Email cupreindia@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, and we'll reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Grievance Officer
You can take any concern about your data or this policy to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

10. Changes to this policy
When Cupré starts selling online, we will expand this policy to cover orders and payments. We will update it here and change the date at the top.
